Above is the results from the test colour grade from our colour grade Saif. Saif based this test grade on the reference mood board that we sent him for direction.
I think that this test grade is very successful, it follows the reference moodboard very well. The blue tones compliment the intro which displays the dark winter months. This contrasts with the brighter, much more saturated grade which corresponds to the sun coming back in the spring. I particularly like the grade of the indoor interview with Jorunn. However, some of the shots are slightly oversaturated with a bit too much contrast in some cases.
